Bill Hoisington is a senior consultant and account manager for developing and implementing GIS and asset management systems (AMS) at POWER Engineers. With 25 years of experience working with utilities and municipal government, Bill has successfully deployed many Esri-based GIS and AMS systems. His extensive implementation experience includes project management, asset management planning, database design, requirement studies, application design, system configuration and training. Bill is a Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional (CMRP) and holds a Certificate in Asset Management from the Institute of Asset Management.
